We're OK

Wow, it's been awhile since we blogged. We are doing ok. Mom and Dad are super busy, so that's why we haven't been blogging. We haven't even been able to read other blogs!! Sometimes Mom will log on with us for a few minutes, but so often recently we've been met with sad news that it's been hard to really say anything. It seems like there's been lots of losses lately in the Cat Blogosphere. Even the kitties we didn't know so well have caused us to shed tears (especially Mom), so even when we've had the opportunity to log on, Mom has been hesitant (she's real emotional lately).

We just wanted to let you know that we are still here and thinking lots of good thoughts about all our friends. Since everyone has been so busy around here, Mom says it's ok to extend an open invitation to our kitty friends to come by and play anytime. You don't even have to let us know ahead of time! There's lots of food and toys and space for everyone, so please come over! Hopefully we'll be back to blogging more regularly soon, once everyone here gets settled into their Fall schedule. Purrs to you all!! (And maybe especially to Max and Tipper!!)

So glad to see you all are doing ok. We understand all the sadness does make it hard. My mom's eyes just keep leaking.

I just love that picture of you two. It looks like you got caught doing something naughty or maybe getting a buggie.

If you get a chance, come by and visit the blog!

Good to see you again. We just started blogging but our mom spent a lot of time reading blogs including yours before she began.

We know about the people getting super busy...my mom keeps using that excuse a lot lately.

I love your face and nose coloring Mattingly. You're very cute too Harley. What a big girl you've become.

We know what you mean about it bein hard to read about other kitties goin over the Bridge.

But our Big Thing says it can't be stopped an even Big Things go over the Bridge. So maybe that is jus sompthin we have to accept.

So were goin for laptime, food, play, and outside time while were here. The Big Thing tells us thats the right thing to do an we trust him about things like that.

Your Mom seems to be a sweet person! I know, it seems that we are constantly losing friends, and it just doesn't stop. Ever since I lost Anastasia and realized how much it helped me, and the staff, to have all these wonderful comments from the Cat Blogoshphere cats I make it my business to go to everybody who went to the bridge and tell their companions and/or beans how sorry I am. Life is hard, but we have to go on!
And that said - I will teleport over and hang out with you guys a bit, if you don't mind?

We are glad that you are OK, an we unnerstand having a hard time learnin about bad news of other kitties.

But we hope you will post more often than once a Big Moon. We tend to lose track of kitties that dont post much, an we dont want that to happen...

I haven't been getting around to all the blogs very much myself lately and I understand about being busy. It is sad to read about the kitties who go to the Bridge, but there are kitties being born, too. There are some really cute kittens at Missy and KC's and The Meezer Gang and Cats and Grr, Midnight and Cocoa's. Maybe visiting them would cheer your Mom up.
